At Bathroom Fitters Bristol we believe a bathroom should be more than just visually impressive on hand-over day. It should be a space you can enjoy with confidence for years to come, without worrying about hidden leaks, failed seals or problems developing behind the walls and flooring.
That’s why we back our installations with a clear and honest guarantee.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for two years, subject to the bathroom or shower room being correctly looked after and seals being maintained.
This guarantee reflects the standard we work to. We don’t rush installations and we don’t rely on shortcuts. We focus on long-term performance, watertightness and quality finishing so that your bathroom lasts.
Why We Can Offer a Guarantee
Bathrooms are one of the most complex and risk-prone renovations you can do in your home. A successful installation needs more than plumbing, it requires experience across multiple trades and careful attention to the small details that many people never see.
Over the years, we’ve replaced countless bathrooms where the core issue was the same: failed bath-to-wall or shower-to-wall connections caused by movement, incorrect support or poor sealing methods.
We build bathrooms properly, not just to look good but to perform reliably long-term.
Product Guarantees
Where we supply products those products are covered in line with manufacturer warranty terms.
If a customer chooses to supply their own products, we are happy to install them, but we cannot be responsible for manufacturer faults, defects, or failures in the supplied items. In those cases we advise contacting the product manufacturer or supplier directly.
Looking After Your Bathroom (Important)
A bathroom is a high-moisture environment and like anything in regular use it requires basic care to keep it performing and looking great.
Shower Trap Maintenance
Blocked showers are most commonly caused by hair build-up in the waste trap. We always recommend that customers regularly empty and clean shower traps to avoid blockages.
If we attend a call-out for a blocked shower and find it is caused by hair build-up a call-out charge will apply.
Grout & Limescale
Grout discolouration is often caused by limescale build-up, particularly in hard water areas.
To preserve the finish of your new bathroom, we recommend regular descaling and cleaning. Grout discolouration caused by limescale is not covered under our workmanship guarantee.
Our Promise
We take pride in delivering bathrooms that are properly built, carefully finished, and designed to last.
Our guarantee is not just a statement on paper, it’s a reflection of our standards, our process and the care we put into every stage of the work.
If you have any questions about our guarantee, maintenance, or what’s included in your installation, we’re always happy to explain everything clearly.
