Yes. We offer a full supply & install service where we can suggest sanitaryware and taps we feel will suit your requirements and budget.
Tiles are usually selected and supplied by the customer, as this is often a personal choice, but we are always happy to advise.
Yes. We offer “bathroom installation only” quotes.
Where we are not supplying sanitaryware, taps etc, we will list what needs to be supplied at the bottom of your quote. Installation pricing reflects standard product costs unless otherwise stated.
Most bathroom renovations are standard. However, occasionally it may be necessary to carry out a more in-depth survey before commencement of works. There is no additional charge for this.
This may involve access to areas such as the loft, electrical installation or under-floor areas to gain a greater understanding of the property.
Yes. We remove all old fittings, rubble and contents and dispose of them at a licensed disposal facility. The cost of removal and disposal is included in your quote.
Most bathroom renovations and shower rooms are completed within 5–10 working days, depending on the number of tasks required.
After the survey, we’ll be able to give a more accurate estimated timescale based on your specific project.
We aim to minimise disruption wherever possible.
- If a bath is being installed, we are often able to install it on day two, then build the rest of the bathroom around it so you can still use the bath during the renovation.
- If the toilet being replaced is the only toilet in the house, we will put the new toilet in place so it is usable at the end of the working day, even if it isn’t fully fixed in yet.
